Q: What are the rental requirements?
A: You must have a valid driver’s license, a valid identification card and $350 refundable amount to be returned at the end of rental contract.
Q: Where can I not drive the rental vehicle?
A: Refer to your contract and abide to the agreement made.

A: Please ask about child seat at the time of reservation
Q: What are XCAR Rent a car office hours?
A: If the working hours provided do not meet your plans kindly call us. We are very flexible
Monday – Friday (08:30am to 5:00 pm)
Saturday (08:30am to 01.30pm)
Closed on Sundays and Public holidays (but can be reached through our mobile numbers)
Q: What deposits and fees are required in renting a car?
A: In all self driven cars there is a refundable deposit of $350 to be returned at the end of the rental contract if the car is returned in good condition
Q: What is the minimum rental duration?
A: I day on chauffeur driven and 3days on self drive basis. Rental days are calculated on 24hours basis
Q: What is included in the rental rate?
A: Comprehensive Insurance, 24/7 customer service, 100kms free everyday
Q: What kind of Insurance do you offer?
A: All of our cars are comprehensively insured
Q: Can I extend the rental duration
A: Extending the rental duration is possible at the end of the contract and during the rental period itself. You will need to contact or come in person to the office, the extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment.
Q: Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
A: Nobody can drive XCAR’S car unless it is indicated on the contract and they have presented a copy of ID and driving license in the office during signing the contract.
Q: What happens if I return the car late?
A: If a car is returned up to 1:30hrs late full day rental amount will be charges
Q: Can I check rates without making reservation?
A: Our rates are available on the Website and you don’t need to make reservation or send request to access them. Visit the rate page on the website, www.xcarrentals.com
Q: How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: At the end of the reservation you will receive a Reservation Confirmation with the reservation number highlighted followed by an email from us.
Q: Is it possible to cancel or modify my reservation once it is confirmed?
A: Yes it is. Please contact our Reservations staff and they will be more than happy to help, info@xcarrentals.com
